Welcome to the website of the Wilfrid Israel Museum of Asian Art & Studies (hereinafter: "the Website” or "the site”). Wilfrid Israel Museum of Asian Art & Studies Ltd. (P.B.C.) (hereinafter: "the Company” and "the Museum,” respectively) grants access to the Website subject to all the terms set forth below (hereinafter: "Terms of Use”).

This policy is addressed to all users, regardless of gender. The use of masculine language is for convenience only. Therefore, masculine terms in this document also refer to the feminine.

Any person purchasing through the Website and/or using any of the services offered on the Website in any manner declares that they are aware of these Terms and agree to all provisions herein, and that neither they nor anyone on their behalf shall have any claim and/or demand and/or suit against the Website owners and/or its operators and/or anyone on their behalf, except for claims related to breach of the Company’s obligations pursuant to these Terms.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as beginning to use the Website and its contents constitutes your consent and confirmation of the provisions in these Terms.

This Website enables the purchase of admission tickets to various events conducted by or on behalf of the Museum, as well as books and catalogs, via credit card.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any prior notice, to update and/or amend and/or change the provisions of this policy, the Terms of Use of the Website, the Website’s structure, content, and appearance, including the scope and availability of services offered through it, and any other aspect associated with the Website, its operation, and the services provided through it. Such updates/changes shall take effect on the date of their publication on the Website, unless the Company determines otherwise. The version of the policy appearing on the Website at any time is the binding version.

#### Definitions
In this policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth alongside them, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Customer” or "User” – A person ordering an admission ticket to the Museum/an event held as part of the Museum’s activities via this Website and/or any other person browsing the Website.
- "Event Ticket” or "Ticket” – An admission ticket to the Museum/to one of the events listed on the events calendar detailed on the Website and offered for sale on the Website.
- "Transaction” – Ordering a ticket to an event or a book/catalog via a credit card on the Website, or via a phone call with a Company representative.
- "Service” or "Services” – The options to purchase tickets to events via the Website. It is hereby clarified that ordering services via this Website constitutes, for all intents and purposes, an order of tickets.
- "Payment Page” – The page on the Website where the customer must enter credit card details and personal information as a condition for completing a transaction.

#### Performing Transactions and Payment
- The ticket inventory for the various events offered through the Website is limited; therefore, placing an order on the Website is based on availability only.
- Prices published on the Website are in New Israeli Shekels (including VAT). The Company may change all or part of the prices published on the Website at any time, at its sole discretion and without any notice, and the user waives any claim and/or demand and/or suit against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf regarding this matter.
- A transaction on the Website, or via the Company’s telephone service center and/or on its behalf, shall be made by providing the customer’s personal details ("Identification Details”) as required on the Payment Page, as well as valid credit card details accepted by the Company.
- The credit card will be charged for the transaction at the time the order is placed, in a single charge.
- The order placed by the customer must be properly received and recorded in the Website’s system, containing all details required for the order and for charging the customer. The Company emphasizes that various reasons may cause malfunctions and/or disruptions in receiving the order on the Website. If the customer receives a notification during or after placing the order indicating incorrect content in the order details and/or a message about a system error upon receiving the order and/or the customer did not receive an order confirmation by return email indicating completion of the transaction, the customer is obligated to contact the Museum offices during regular Museum business hours—i.e., Sunday through Thursday (weekdays only) between 09:00 and 14:00—or by email at info@wilfrid.org.il.
- The customer must ensure that when making the transaction, their Identification Details are filled in accurately and up to date. If, at the time of the transaction, the customer provides incorrect identification details, the Company will not be able to guarantee the delivery/provision of the tickets. Entering incorrect identification details is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to take any legal action against anyone who deliberately provides incorrect identification details.
- Persons with disabilities whose entry and/or seating requires special arrangements—such as accessible seating—cannot complete a purchase via the Website and are invited to purchase by phone, in order to provide suitable conditions for their visit to the Museum.

#### Cancellation of Transactions
- A transaction may be canceled by phone only with the Museum’s administration during the Museum’s business hours—i.e., Monday through Thursday (inclusive) between 09:00 and 14:00. Alternatively, an email may be sent to info@wilfrid.org.il.
- A transaction cannot be canceled less than 48 hours before the event time.
- In any case of transaction cancellation, the customer (the canceling party) will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount (including VAT).
